flavor is emotion.
Flavor is co-equal to the sculpture.
My approach is to create a bespoke flavor for each couple, shaped by the food memories, ingredients, traditions, and tastes that are meaningful to them.
Food carries memory — people we love, places we’ve been, ingredients we grew up with, and flavors that simply make us happy. Your tasting gives us the opportunity to uncover those details and translate them into a composition created specifically for your celebration.
I’m drawn to flavors with contrast, depth, and a little surprise — but they should always be genuinely delicious.
